My grandmother…she could endure all things. She had multiple sclerosis and always stayed positive.

My family.

My grandmother…just to hear her voice again.
Who is your female sports idol?
Dawn Staley.
Who is your favorite NFL player? Why?
On-field play – Marshawn Lynch; preparation – Peyton Manning; mentality – Richard Sherman.

I’m a foodie, but right now…tacos!

Passionate, quirky, loyal.
What was the first sport you ever played?
Basketball.
What is your favorite sports memory?
Qualifying for NCAA DI Indoor Championships in the 60-Meter Hurdles.
If you could play any other position, which one would you choose? Why?
Quarterback…they direct the offense and dictate who gets the ball. It’s the most complex and difficult position on the field. I would love that challenge.
Why do you play women’s tackle football?
Playing a sport that is typically male-dominated has not been easy, but I feel that my contributions to the game will help open doors and pave the way for young girls to be able to have the same opportunities as the boys.
